Having made my way in my healing journey to the Crown Chakra, a quick reflection on the spiral of kundalini as it rises has me noticing its relation to the spiraling I wrote about in my last post. As I’m still in the middle of it at the moment, I’ll leave it at that.
Edit: Continuing, kundalini rising is not a contiguous process. It is a continuous process. We have some control over it, through intentional focus. Shifting our awareness.
